Berkshire East Mountain Resort

If a great environment, great people, and great fun are a must, the tubing park at Berkshire East Mountain is the place to be. Open from the last week of December through March, Berkshire offers tubing fun for both die-hards and newcomers alike. Offering an onsite restaurant and lodging a short trip down the road, Berkshire is perfect for a snow tubing weekend away. Passes are offered on weekends between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., and are valid for 2 hours of tubing. Riders must be 42” tall to ride, with one rider per tube only. Riders age 13+ are $20, with younger riders costing $15; tickets become available 15 minutes before the start of each tubing session.
Bousquet Ski Area

If a family-friendly, mid-sized tubing park is what you’re looking for, Bousquet is what you need. Offering a tubing hill with multiple lanes over 450 feet long, and the Magic Carpet to get the whole family back up the hill, Bousquet promises hours of tubing fun. Enjoy food in the Tamarack Lounge, and find a place to rest your head at any of several hotels within a few miles of Bousquet. Tubing is offered for everyone ages 5 and up. Open for tubing Thursday and Friday from 3–8 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m.–8 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m.–4 p.m. Also open during certain holidays with varying hours. Passes are $20 per 2 hour session non-holiday, and $25 per 2 hour session on holidays, with tubes included in cost.
Granite Gorge Ski Area

Known as the “Rock’n’Roll” tubing park, Granite Gorge boasts a sound system throughout the mountain, both day and night riding, single and double tubes for its riders, and even Cosmic Tubing on Saturday nights from 6–9 p.m. for $25/person. With multiple restaurants and overnight accommodations located minutes away, Granite Gorge is a great weekend getaway. Riders must be at least 4 years old and 42” to ride. Granite Gorge is open for tubing Wednesday through Sunday, including select holiday dates. Hours vary based on day and conditions. Ticket price is $18/person for 2 hours of riding, with group rates available.
Mount Snow Grand Mountain Resort

Mount Snow Grand Mountain Resort offers 8 lanes available for tubing and onsite dining and lodging options. One person per tube, and must be able to control tube without assistance. Call or check website for operating days, times, and prices as they vary.
Nashoba Valley Tubing Park

With 18 tubing lanes and 4 tubing lifts, Nashoba Valley Tubing Park is the largest tubing park in New England. Nashoba offers tubing Monday through Friday, with hours varying depending on day and conditions, all winter long! After hitting the lanes, relax with a drink or a meal in the onsite lodge. Several overnight accommodations are located within a few miles of the park. Riders must be 42” or 6 years old to ride. Each tube is single rider only, and tubes are provided. 2 hour riding tickets are available for $33, and must be bought in person at the ticket booth.
New England Sports Park

The New England Sports Park is used for many things throughout the year, but when the winter arrives, the park transforms into a tubing wonderland with multiple tubing lanes, an onsite restaurant to feed starving bellies, and overnight accommodations within minutes of the park. New England Sports Park is perfect for a weekend of family tubing fun. Riders must be at least 4 years old, with riders age 4 to 6 required to wear a helmet and be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Open Fridays from 3 p.m. – 8 p.m., and weekends from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. Sessions are booked for every two hours of riding, and cost $25/ticket, with limited tickets available online, and tickets at the window available an hour prior to the first tubing session.
Powder Ridge Mountain Park & Resort

Located in Middlefield, CT, Powder Ridge Mountain Park is your “go-to” destination for family snow adventures all winter long. The resort offers three separate tubing lanes from easy hills to extreme trails. Powder Ridge offers restaurants, private day rooms which can be booked overnight, and family-friendly accommodations close by. Children of all ages are welcome, with tubes and helmets provided. The trails open dependent on the weather, please call or visit the website to check availability. Tubing sessions start every 2 hours, and cost $28 per person. Online ordering is highly recommended.

Bring the family for 8 lanes of tubing fun at Ski Butternut. Butternut offers adventure for the whole family, regardless of age – staying on the tube unaided is the only requirement. Butternut offers onsite dining and has multiple lodging options within in a few miles of the park. Tubing is offered Friday nights (non-holiday) from 5– 8 p.m. for $10 a person, Saturdays from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m., and Sundays from 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Tubing is also available during certain holiday weeks. Cost is $20/2 hour session on non-holiday weekends, and $25/2 hour session on holiday weekends, with the option of purchasing a season tubing pass for $99.

Located just minutes from Worcester, MA, Ski Ward offers the perfect place for a weekend filled with winter fun. Ski Ward has 8 tubing lanes, approximately 800 feet long each and boasting a 75 foot vertical drop, providing enough room for the whole family to experience the rush and thrill of flying on the snow. Both the snack bar and the Slopeside Bar and Grille offer ample opportunity to conquer hunger pains on site, and nearby hotels offer family friendly accommodations for overnight stays. Riders at Ski Ward must be at least 6 years old and 42” to ride. Tubing is available all week long, Monday – Friday from 4 – 8 p.m., Saturdays, holidays, and school vacation days from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m., and Sundays from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Weekday tickets are $15/an hour or $20/2 hours; weekends/holidays/school vacation are $29/2 hours, with military and senior discounts available.
Woodbury Ski & Tubing

Woodbury was one of the first ski areas to provide sledding and snow tubing and boasts the largest tubing park in Connecticut. Visitors can choose from up to 14 trails serviced by two lifts. The sledding courses were designed in accordance with National Ski Area Association Guidelines. The trails offer great family fun with beginner trails and exhilarating, expert trails with bumps and turns. Helmets are required for tubing for people 21 and younger and are available for rental. Snow tubing runs Fridays from 11 a.m.-5 p.m.; and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Reservations are highly recommended; cost is $34/two-hour session per person and $42/three-hour session per person.
Yawgoo Valley Ski Area

Imagine for a moment, seven lanes of masterfully carved snow, fresh for all your snow tubing wishes. Well, imagine no more. At Yawgoo Valley Ski Area, you will find exactly that – seven lanes of snow perfectly laid out for riders of all skill levels to use. Offering both a lodge onsite with light snacks and refreshments, and a restaurant located a short drive down the road at the ski area lodge, Yawgoo ensures no one in your party will go hungry. While there are no overnight accommodations onsite, there are family friend hotels located within a short driving distance. Yawgoo opens for tubing tentatively around Christmastime and runs Friday through Sunday all winter long. Riders must be 42” tall to ride, and only one rider per tube is allowed, with tubes provided in ticket price. Hours vary depending on day and weather, and tickets go on sale for the upcoming week on Thursdays at 2:00 p.m. Ticket prices are $15 for a 50-minute tubing session, with online ordering highly recommended.
